Our CEO,Italian/Libyan citizen, with frequent missions to Tripoli, Milan and Malta, actively participated to important negotiations with Libyan and Italian high-ranking government officials. Such negotiations, on behalf of the Libyan National Oil Corporation, are about the ENI Green-stream gas-pipeline, between Libya and Sicily, and various other projects.
In 2009, he funded the Rex Service company, based in Milan, Italy, whose core business was to supply commercial and legal assistance to companies wishing to work in Libya.
In 2013, Superb Oil Stream was established in Malta, being strategically suited for working in the Mediterranean and taking over and pursuing the Rex Service activities, however Rex Service was officially closed on December 31st 2013 in order to fulfill the ongoing contracts and commitments.
